A leading organization in the Real Estate and Corporate Finance sector is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and financial compliance while supporting key business decisions through accurate financial analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.

• Oversee cash flow, treasury, and liquidity management.

• Ensure effective financial controls, compliance, and accounting operations.

• Manage banking relationships and ERP system operations.

• Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

• Prepare financial analyses and reports to support organizational objectives.

• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements where required.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of relevant finance management experience.

• UAE/Dubai experience in Real Estate and/or International Tax.

• Strong financial reporting and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• ACCA, CA, or CMA qualification is an advantage.

• Experience in Real Estate, Corporate Finance, or International Tax is preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
