Finance Manager

Alpha M Holding is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong leadership abilities and extensive experience in financial management, accounting, and strategic planning.

The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, strengthen internal financial controls, support business decision-making, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

• Manage financial reporting, cash flow, and expense control.

• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable financial regulations.

• Supervise accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Analyze financial performance and provide valuable insights to management.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and support tax and UAE VAT compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in financial management and accounting.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting systems.

Strong knowledge of:

   • Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

   • Financial reporting, accounting operations, and cash flow management.

   • UAE VAT compliance, auditing, and financial control systems.
