Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

1. Analyzing and interpreting results of monthly financial reports, including summarizing the results for management.
2. Determining and managing monthly accounts statements.
3. Managing the accounts team for at least 8 years, including allocation, delegation, adaptation of business tasks and requirements to ensure operation needs and timely deadlines are met.
4. Perform meeting / calls with the investors and owners in relation to outstanding payments.
5. Administering and managing departmental system automations as well as any process improvement/ad-hoc requirements as per management discretion.
6. Must have past experience in with banks and financial institutions to organize financial support/ credit facility.

Requirements

1. Minimum 20 years UAE experience into Real-estate or Developer.
2. Degree in accountancy with CA/ CPA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
3. Strong written and verbal (English and Arabic).
4. Good negotiation skills, analytical skills.
5. Salary depends on experience and market benchmarking.
