Finance Officer

Glympse Staffing Hub is hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Officer for a reputed IT company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial health, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.

Support management in decision making through financial analysis and reporting.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA are a plus).

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the IT or tech industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and VAT.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g.. Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems).

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
