Finance Specialist

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly and quarterly management reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary

• Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance system upgrades, automation, or IT projects

• Act as a finance representative for system implementation or enhancement initiatives (e.g., EPM, OFSAA, BI tools)

• Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of financial systems, ensuring reporting accuracy and alignment with business needs

• Prepare financial models and dashboards to support decision-making

• Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and audit readiness

• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for the senior management team
