One of the UAE’s leading conglomerates is currently in search of a perceptive and highly analytical Financial Analyst to join its dynamic team. This role is integral to the evaluation of prospective acquisitions, and the ideal candidate should be confident in analyzing complex financial data and presenting findings to guide executive-level decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed financial evaluations of acquisition targets, including reviewing their profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze core business operations, monitor market trends, evaluate potential risks, and ensure strategic fit for acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with various internal departments and external consultants throughout the due diligence phase.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and analytical tools to assess value and risk.
• Stay up to date with accounting standards, taxation frameworks, financial regulations, and industry developments.
• Build and manage detailed financial models to identify lucrative investment prospects.
• Create comprehensive investment memos, financial reports, and presentation materials to support strategic investment decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• CFA certification is mandatory.
• Solid experience in financial analysis, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, or private equity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling tools.
