A growing investment holding company in the UAE is looking to hire a driven and commercially aware Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. Reporting Line:

• Direct reporting to the Senior Investment Analyst

• Close collaboration with the CEO on financial insights and strategic initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage company books

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasting reports

• Support investment analysis and contribute to strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial insights and special projects

• Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and portfolio companies

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships across stakeholders

• Provide a high-level overview of financial performance across the investment portfolio

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and value creation

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• UAE experience and familiarity with local business practices is preferred

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
