Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and support audits.
• Lead the budgeting process and implement cost control measures.
• Collaborate with departments to align financial goals and support business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
• 5-8 years of FP&A experience in FMCG.
• Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
