Finops Analyst

Description:

We are seeking experienced FinOps Analyst to drive cloud financial governance, cost optimization, and financial accountability across multi-cloud environments. The role focuses on managing cloud spend, forecasting, budgeting, chargeback models, and enabling cost-efficient cloud adoption within enterprise banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Financial Management
 

• Monitor and optimize cloud costs across AWS, Azure, OCI, and Google Cloud.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis models.
• Implement cost allocation, chargeback, and showback frameworks.
• Manage Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and commitment optimization.
   

Cost Optimization & Governance
 

• Analyze cloud consumption patterns and identify optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate architectural decisions based on cost, performance, resilience, and compliance.
• Develop executive dashboards and cloud financial reports.
• Drive FinOps best practices across engineering and business teams.
   

Stakeholder Management
 

• Partner with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
• Translate technical cloud usage into business and financial insights.
• Promote cost-aware engineering practices across the organization.
