Description:
- Supervising for Repair, Installation, and Maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire fighting, Voice Evacuation, and Emergency Lighting systems.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm /Emergency Lighting system cabling, loop continuity test, loop fault tracing & and rectification.
- Knowledge of Exposed GI conduits installations ,cable tray installations , Concrete slabs PVC conduits installations
- Conduct inspection and testing of Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, Emergency Lighting systems to ensure they are working properly at all times.
- Monitors, records and reports all equipment malfunctions.
- Assigns and executes job orders ( repair, Installation, and Maintenance)
- Perform any other tasks requested in order to assure the project facility is properly maintained.
- Ability to multi-task
- Follow the required procedures and HSE policies while performing the work .
- Daily report, Work updates to Maintenance Engineer
- Overall responsible person for Maintenance & Fit out Jobs
- Attending Emergency Call
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in Installation and maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Diploma/ITI Certificate holder in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
- Excellent communication skills ,read & write.
- Valid UAE Valid Driving License
