KG design Studio is Dubai based creative agency, providing Interior Design, Architecture and Fit-Out services in UAE , hiring competent and work experienced fit-Out supervisor to coordinate operations and oversee workers at construction sites. A candidate has to have a solid background in the field and ready to join our company immediately.
Fit-Out supervisor Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans of company
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of site workers
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers
- Daily supervise and manage construction site and current projects
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
Fit-Out supervisor Requirements:
- Proven experience as construction foreman at least 5 years in UAE market.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and safety guidelines
- Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good physical condition
- High school diploma or diploma in a skilled (electrician, carpenter etc.)
- Valid UAE driving license (availability of own car will be as advantage)
- Male with excellent communication skills in English /Urdu or Arabic languages
