Description:
We are looking for a certified Fitness Trainer (Tagalog Speaker) to design and oversee a customized muscle-building, boxing training and posture-correction training. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strength training, corrective exercise, and sports nutrition, helping the client gain lean muscle mass safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a personalized strength and hypertrophy training plan
- Assess current fitness level, posture, and muscle imbalances
- Knowledge of training equipment’s and usage.
- Design and supervise tailored nutrition and meal plans aligned with fitness and recovery goals
- Track weekly progress (weight, measurements, posture photos, performance metrics)
- Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, and technique correction
- Suggest appropriate supplements (if required) and recovery methods
- Offer advice on daily habits, mobility, and injury prevention
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a personal trainer, strength coach, or boxing coach.
- Recognized certifications (any of the following): ISSA, REPs UAE Level 3, or equivalent international certification
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and Muscle building exercise
- Certification or proven education in Sports Nutrition or Fitness Nutrition
- Proven track record of successful muscle gain transformations
- Excellent communication, discipline, and motivational skills
- (Preferred) Available for in-person sessions and follow-ups
