The Dubai Office is seeking a Fixed Income Operations Analyst. An Analyst in Fixed Income Operations is integral to identifying and managing the Firm’s risk through trade capture, reconciliation, as well as documentation and settlement of client and broker trades. Throughout the life of a trade, a Fixed Income professional will face-off directly with sales traders as well have regular interaction with compliance and risk. Fixed Income Operations primarily supports government bonds and corporate bonds.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and experience of KYC/AML onboarding would be preferred. 
• Knowledge and experience of exchange listed derivatives operations would be preferred.
• Providing effective position management across cash nostros and domestic / Euroclear securities accounts, and offer delivery management to key clients, aiding timely settlement of fixed income trades across all markets.
• Understanding risk implications of fixed income operations role.
• Ensuring all functions and procedures are performed in a timely and correct manner, i.e. trade checkout, position reconciliation, wash account reconciliation.
• Working with trading desk, sales, and other operations group to ensure trade processing.
• Cross-training with other team members.
• Assisting on any issues and providing timely escalation to desk and operations management.
• Finding ways to improve processes and find efficiencies.

Knowledge and Skills

• Significant experience related fixed income support experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Front to Back Fixed Income Credit Knowledge (Products, Confirmations, Lifecycle Event Processing, etc).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt to volume fluctuations and coverage of various tasks.
