Fleet & Retail Sales Executive

 

Description:

Arion Motors is seeking a Fleet & Retail Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales by identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B fleet sales and retail automotive sales, with a focus on corporate clients, rental companies, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop fleet and retail sales opportunities across corporate clients, rental companies, and individual buyers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close bulk purchase deals, contracts, and financing solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of vehicle deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and submit sales performance reports regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fleet and retail automotive sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Great experience with the RTA system registering vehicles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
