Description:
Arion Motors is seeking a Fleet & Retail Sales Executive to drive vehicle sales by identifying new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B fleet sales and retail automotive sales, with a focus on corporate clients, rental companies, and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop fleet and retail sales opportunities across corporate clients, rental companies, and individual buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close bulk purchase deals, contracts, and financing solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches.
- Ensure seamless coordination of vehicle deliveries and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fleet and retail automotive sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Great experience with the RTA system registering vehicles.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- A valid UAE driver’s license is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
