BAIC UAE is looking for a motivated Fleet Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with experience in the automotive industry who are passionate about developing corporate accounts and driving fleet sales growth.

The successful candidate will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets while representing the BAIC brand with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow corporate and fleet sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.

• Identify new business prospects and generate qualified sales leads.

• Prepare and present fleet sales proposals to potential customers.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and vehicle delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales is required.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
