Fleet Supervisor

Description:

Jeebly, a dynamic company based in Dubai, is looking for a highly skilled Fleet Supervisor to manage a fleet of 100+ bikes and cars. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in fleet management and be proficient in Microsoft Excel to track and monitor fleet operations effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to ensuring the smooth functioning of the fleet operations, as well as coordinating with various teams to maintain fleet standards and schedules.

As a Fleet Supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the fleet, managing vehicle schedules, conducting routine checks and maintenance, ensuring the safety and compliance of vehicles, and addressing any issues that may arise with the fleet. You will also be responsible for tracking vehicle performance, maintenance needs, and liaising with other departments to ensure fleet efficiency.

This role requires an experienced individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and can handle multiple tasks while ensuring that fleet operations are efficient and meet company standards.
