Floor Supervisor

Description:

North Gate British School is seeking a reliable and proactive Floor Supervisor to help maintain high health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards across the campus. The role involves supervising daily operational activities, coordinating staff and student movement, and ensuring school policies and procedures are consistently followed. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on school experience who is organized, communicative, and able to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce HSE standards across classrooms, corridors, and common areas.
• Coordinate and oversee student and staff activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to school policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations.
• Report incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly and follow up until resolved.
• Support administrative staff with routine operational tasks as required.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in school operations, supervisory, or similar roles.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage routine incidents professionally.
