Floral Designer

Description:

We are looking to hire a creative floral designer to be able to design and make floral arrangements. Using your expertise and market knowledge of current trends you will be able to design and create floral arrangements with and without our chocolates for an elegant and attractive presentation.

You will also be tasked with being part of the customer service team for the whole business, not just flowers! in You will be expected to reply to customers via whatsapp and instagram, follow up with delivery team, record new orders, provide customer support and handle any complaints or queries the customer may have.

Job responsibilities

- advise customers on how to maximise the attractiveness of the arrangements, while also informing them of availability

- fully wrap the arrangements to complete an elegant look

- combine our chocolates with floral arrangements as per customer’s request or suggest your own creative ways

- unpacking and storing flowers correctly

- maintaining appropriate stock levels for flowers and other items such as wrapping and floral foam by being the point of contact with our suppliers

- costing and pricing of arrangements

- maintaining freshness of flowers and the cleanliness of flower work area

- ensuring all orders to be sent out for delivery correctly (invoices for delivery team, correct gift cards, correct orders)

- replying to customers via whatsapp, recording orders, taking payments and checking payment status of orders with follow ups for unpaid orders, obtaining delivery location from receivers

Job requirements

- 2/3 years experience in a similar role

- good communication (english but arabic is an advantage)

- strong customer service skills

- creative and fun person

- patient, friendly and easy going person
