Albenaa is currently looking to hire a qualified FM Mechanical Engineer to join its Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi. The company is seeking a professional with technical expertise in mechanical systems and experience in facilities management operations and maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical systems commonly used in building facilities and should be capable of coordinating maintenance activities while ensuring efficient operation of equipment. This role requires good communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to prepare reports related to maintenance and system performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems within facilities
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, and chillers
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure timely inspection and servicing of mechanical systems
• Identifying potential issues in mechanical equipment and ensuring corrective actions are taken
• Preparing maintenance reports and documenting system performance
• Assisting in ensuring that all mechanical systems operate efficiently and comply with operational standards
• Coordinating with other departments to support facilities management activities

Requirements for the role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in Facilities Management operations and maintenance
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, and other mechanical equipment used in building facilities
• Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills
• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory requirement)
