Food And Beverage Pre-opening Manager

We are looking for an Pre-Opening/Operations Manager to joining us in F&B consultancy!

Our ideal candidate is someone who has standalone background and has experience in pre-opening, management, recruitment and training staff in FOH roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurants operations
• Supervise full pre-opening processes and post-opening audits
• Work alongside senior consultants and owners on the success of the projects

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in hospitality field
• Standalone experience is a must
• 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative mindset
• Driver licence would be an advantage
