Food Development Engineer

Are you passionate about creating innovative food products and bringing ideas from concept to shelf?
We’re looking for a Food Development Engineer to join a leading food manufacturing company in Dubai!
(Candidates must be locally available in the UAE and have R&D experience.)
🔬 What You’ll Do
✅ Develop and test new food formulations based on consumer insights and business needs
✅ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
✅ Design, prototype, and scale up production processes from lab to factory
✅ Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency
✅ Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards
✅ Support marketing and sales teams with technical and product knowledge
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality enhancement and cost reduction

🎯 What We’re Looking For
🔹 Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in food product development or R&D
🔹 Strong knowledge of food formulation, process optimization, sensory evaluation, and quality assurance
🔹 Innovative thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
