Food Quality Assurance Assistant

Description:

We are a Seafood Company in Dubai and we are looking for Food Quality Assurance Assistant, with below qualifications:

Requirements:

• With minimum 2 years UAE experience as QA Assistant in a seafood Manufacturing Company
• Ideally degree educated, Food Science/Technology or Microbiology or Chemistry qualification preferred
• Skills required ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, QMS, HACCP, HALAL
• Good working knowledge of Dubai Municipality Food Safety Code/Trakhees and HACCP
• Proven experience at a similar level in food manufacturing, ideally Seafoods,
• Man-management experience; Process/Product Development experience would be beneficial
• Laboratory experience and should be well-versed with food safety standards of different countries
• Computer literate
