Description:
We are hiring skilled Eastern European waiters and waitresses for our American Gastropub Rodeodrive located in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as waiters or waitresses in busy bars, lounges, nightclubs, or similar establishments.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy bar, lounge, nightclub, or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Valid UAE residency visa and health card.
