Role Description We welcome emerging talent, including recent fashion graduates and entry-level designers with a relevant degree, diploma, or strong equivalent portfolio demonstrating solid fundamentals in sketching, garment construction, and technical drawings.

Applicants must be current UAE residents with a genuine passion for contemporary modest silhouettes, sustainable fabrics, and the drive to build an early-stage startup from the ground up.

While this founding-stage position is currently unpaid and remote, it offers a meaningful equity stake and collection profit-sharing model, full creative autonomy over upcoming lines, and dedicated co-founder support across operations, finance, and marketing, transitioning into a salaried leadership role as the brand scales.
