We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Freelance Business Development Executive to expand our provider network in Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and onboarding healthcare providers across various specialties. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and the ability to represent PricelessMed with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new hospitals and clinics in the assigned Northern Emirates.
- Present PricelessMed’s value proposition and secure collaboration agreements with hospitals and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers including hospitals/ clinic owners, managers, and medical directors.
- Attend weekly debrief meetings to align on performance, goals, and market updates.
- Represent PricelessMed professionally with all providers, ensuring no conflict with existing projects or affiliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to activate new partners and ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to expanding awareness and reputation of PricelessMed in your assigned region.
Core Competencies
- B2B Healthcare Sales Expertise: Strong experience in consultative sales and closing B2B deals within the healthcare or wellness space.
- Healthcare Market Knowledge: Familiarity with private clinics, diagnostics centers, and wellness providers in Northern Emirates.
- Relationship Building: Skilled in creating long-term partnerships based on mutual value and trust.
- Communication Skills: Persuasive, clear, and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Professional Integrity: Ability to represent PricelessMed without conflict with other professional engagements.
- Self-Management: Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver consistent outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, insurance sales, or provider outreach.
- Strong network of healthcare providers in Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, or RAK.
- UAE driving license and access to reliable transport preferred.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
