Description:

We are looking for freelancer Commission based Recruiter to support our clients (Employers) requirements through Masharq.com to attract & hire great talent. This position is remote and on demand. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Manage interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and assessments
• Source top talent as per role given by our clients (Employers) through Masharq.com

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role
• Experienced in recruiting for a wide range of positions and seniorities
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks 
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
