Freight Forwarder

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with air and sea freight operations, customs clearance, and be proficient in using DHL and other major shipping portals. Strong coordination skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage air and sea freight shipments from origin to destination

• Handle customs clearance procedures and documentation accurately

• Operate DHL and other major freight/courier platforms for booking and tracking

• Communicate with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

• Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with all logistics requirements

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in freight forwarding (air/sea)

• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures in the UAE

• Familiarity with DHL and other courier/shipping platforms

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
