Swiss Connect Solutions is currently hiring Front Desk Agents on behalf of prestigious 5-star hotels in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service to be part of a luxurious and international hotel environment.
We are looking for professional, courteous, and well-presented individuals who can ensure a welcoming guest experience from the moment of arrival through to departure. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to manage check-ins, guest requests, and inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon check-in and assist them throughout their stay.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly using hotel systems.
Manage bookings, reservations, and room assignments.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with discretion and a problem-solving attitude.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder.
2 to 3 years of experience in a front desk or guest service role, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse hospitality environment.
What’s Offered:
Basic Salary: AED 2000 per month
