Description:

SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high service standards in a luxury hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and group bookings accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and local information
  • Maintain front desk operations including administrative duties and daily reporting
  • Process payments and manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy
  • Operate property management systems such as Opera PMS or similar platforms
  • Address guest concerns professionally, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Assist with VIP guest handling, upselling opportunities, and enhancing revenue generation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar front office or hotel receptionist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS or other hotel management systems
  • Experience working in a luxury hotel environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to work full-time on-site, including morning shifts
