Description:
SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high service standards in a luxury hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and group bookings accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and local information
- Maintain front desk operations including administrative duties and daily reporting
- Process payments and manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy
- Operate property management systems such as Opera PMS or similar platforms
- Address guest concerns professionally, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Assist with VIP guest handling, upselling opportunities, and enhancing revenue generation
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar front office or hotel receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or other hotel management systems
- Experience working in a luxury hotel environment is highly preferred
- Ability to work full-time on-site, including morning shifts
