As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office documentation. Your role will be crucial in ensuring an efficient and professional front-office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
✅ Manage phone inquiries, take messages, and ensure smooth communication.
✅ Schedule and coordinate meetings, handling logistics seamlessly.
✅ Maintain and organize office documentation (physical & digital).
✅ Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
✅ Keep visitor logs updated and manage requirements like visitor badges.

Candidate Requirements:
🔹 Experience: 2+ years in administrative/front desk roles, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or aviation in UAE.
🔹 Skills: Strong communication (written & verbal), multitasking, and attention to detail.
🔹 Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment.
🔹 Professionalism: Excellent customer service and a polished demeanor for handling internal & external stakeholders.
🔹 Language: Fluency in English is a must.
