We are in need of Front Desk Receptionist cum Accounts

All selected candidates will be contacted for a phone and face-to-face interview.  Please note Accounts and Customer Service experiences are required.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors of the institute, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. accounting works, organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Requirements:

  • Act as the first point of contact of the institute
  • Receive and respond to all queries and concerns in both phone and email
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients 
  • Give support and coordination to the team both in academic and operations
  • Support management in accounts matter (payments, receivables and/or disbursement, petty cash)
  • Do some administrative tasks assigned by the Management
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Must have experience in Customer Service and Accounts
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent Organization and Time Management skills
  • Work independently with little supervision and a fast learner
  • Able to join immediately
