An exciting opportunity awaits to join our facilities management business and oversee a panel of services for a new flagship high-rise building in Dubai, built to the highest standards.
The Front of House (FOH) role is customer-oriented and requires a friendly, proactive, and “can-do” attitude, where the needs of the customer are treated as paramount. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end care of all staff and visitors on-site. You will be accountable for all activities within your remit and should highlight or escalate any concerns that may impact the client’s reputation. This position represents Macro in delivering first-class service to support a complex, multi-disciplined site and meet client requirements.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage the Front of House operations and associated functions.
- Oversee and manage the shift schedule.
- Monitor all areas and conduct spot checks to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Perform routine inventory duties, including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
- Provide reception cover, including greeting of all guests and VIP visitors.
- Assist with corporate events by supporting venue set up and meeting requirements.
- Ensure the reception area maintains a high standard of appearance.
- Answer calls professionally and promptly, ensuring all inquiries are handled in line with service standards and response times.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ownership of the processes within areas of responsibility.
- Assist with clients reports as required.

- Develop key tenant and stakeholder engagement through effective and timely communication.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required by the line manager.
About You
Your knowledge, experience, and skills should include:
- Experience in a five-star hotel in the UAE.
- Front Office experience (reception).
- Strong people management skills.
- Ability to deliver and manage associates’ satisfaction and engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with clients, customers, and service providers.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin.
