Sobha Realty is looking for a professional Front Office Executive to join our team in Dubai!

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with exceptional hospitality.
• Manage front desk operations, including:
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Coordinate office activities and schedules efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to various departments.

Manage:

• Courier services and deliveries.
• Office inventory and supplies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold a professional and positive company image at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Hospitality or related fields).
• Prior experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
