Emirates Hospital is seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist / Front Office Executive to join our front-line team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service, have a patient-first mindset, and can communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area and uphold company standards.
Provide administrative support to hospital staff as needed.
Ensure smooth patient registration and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder.
2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting.
Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage, with Arabic, Russian, or French preferred.
Familiarity with hospital operations and healthcare protocols.
Technologically proficient with a keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a compassionate attitude.
