We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Channels / Engineering Division (Digital IT). You will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and customer-centric digital banking portals and platforms while working with cross-functional teams.
💼 Job Purpose:
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for design, development, and delivery of modern digital banking solutions using JavaScript (frontend) and Java (backend) with hands-on cloud-native technologies.
🚀 Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain digital banking portals & microservices.
Build scalable frontend applications with React / Angular / Vue.
Develop backend services & APIs using Java, Spring Boot, JEE.
Integrate with Core Banking Systems, middleware, and 3rd-party services.
Deploy solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Implement secure coding practices (OAuth2, JWT, PCI DSS, etc.).
Collaborate with UI/UX, Product Owners, Business Analysts.
Perform code reviews, write tests, adopt CI/CD pipelines.
Support production deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
Continuously evaluate new technologies for digital banking solutions.
📌 Required Skills & Experience:
5–8 years’ experience as a Full Stack Developer (Must have in digital banking / fintech / financial services).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue).
Strong expertise in Java / Spring Boot / JEE.
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, event-driven systems.
Cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
SQL & NoSQL database experience.
Exposure to banking system integrations (Core Banking, CRM, Payments, AML/CFT).
Familiarity with security standards (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, encryption, PCI DSS).
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Software Engineering or related.
Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Java, or Full Stack certifications preferred.
Experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environments.
