Full Stack Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of the architecture, design, development, and testing of secure, scalable RegTech and Compliance applications. You will build and maintain high-performance solutions using Angular (frontend) and Django REST Framework/Python (backend). Your contributions will streamline onboarding processes, enhance risk assessments, and improve regulatory screening solutions.

What You Will Do: Architect, develop, and optimise scalable RegTech & Compliance applications, designing robust RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework to ensure security and seamless third-party integrations. You will build intuitive, responsive user interfaces with Angular, elevating user experience in compliance solutions while collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and compliance experts. You will champion secure coding practices, embedded testing, and automation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Who You Are:

• You have at least 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (Angular and Django/Python).
• You are adept at designing secure, scalable SaaS or Compliance solutions.
• You thrive in agile, remote-first teams and embrace mentorship and collaboration.
• Your background ideally includes RegTech, Compliance, SAAS or FinTech.
• Experience integrating AI, machine learning, or NLP into applications is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, UI/UX best practices
• Backend: Django REST Framework, Python, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs, GPT-4) and NLP frameworks (spaCy, Hugging Face) beneficial
