Description:
We are seeking an experienced ERPNext Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects, optimize business processes, configure ERPNext modules, conduct user training, and provide post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in ERPNext, excellent business analysis skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions. Basic knowledge of Frappe Framework or ERPNext customization will be considered a strong advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesERPNext Implementation & Functional Consulting
- Lead complete ERPNext implementation projects from requirement gathering to successful go-live.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend ERPNext-based solutions.
- Conduct workshops with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Gap Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
- Configure ERPNext modules according to client requirements and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with ERPNext developers for customizations, reports, print formats, scripts, and integrations.
- Perform functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and quality assurance.
- Support ERPNext deployment, user acceptance, and go-live activities.
Business Process Optimization
- Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements using ERPNext.
- Design and implement efficient workflows, approval processes, and automation.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Ensure ERPNext configurations align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary functional consultant between business users and the technical development team.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and solution demonstrations.
- Manage implementation timelines, project milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide regular project updates and implementation reports.
Training & Support
- Deliver end-user training on ERPNext modules.
- Prepare user manuals, training documentation, and SOPs.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Assist organizations with ERP adoption and change management initiatives.
Data Migration & Reporting
- Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to ERPNext.
- Validate, cleanse, and import master and transactional data.
- Develop ERPNext reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure ERPNext processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain implementation documentation, configuration records, and audit trails.
- Support internal and external audit requirements where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ERPNext Functional Certification (Preferred).
- Frappe Framework knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Master's degree is a plus.
Experience Requirements
- 3–6 years of ERPNext Functional Consulting experience.
- Proven experience in multiple ERPNext implementation projects.
- Experience in business process mapping and ERPNext configuration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing functional documentation and conducting UAT.
