Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle cloud (SaaS) implementations, guiding business SMEs through MFCS/Retail SaaS functionality
• Conduct Fit Gap Analysis and offer recommendations
• Configure Oracle cloud solutions to align with business requirements
• Develop, review, and test code based on technical designs
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, documenting results
• Create Functional Specifications based on business needs
• Gather requirements within the retail domain
• Ensure client-focused program delivery

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Oracle retail cloud modules (MFCS, RPCS, Allocation, RDS)
• Strong grasp of Oracle cloud (SaaS) implementation methodologies
• Excellent understanding of retail industry processes
• Track record in Fit Gap Analysis and providing solutions
• Previous involvement in at least one Oracle cloud implementation project on RMS v22/v23
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to client-centric program delivery
