General Accountant

Description:

Infinity Talent Solutions (FZE) is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Accountant to join their team in Fujairah. The ideal candidate should be proficient in accounting software, particularly Tally and MS Excel, and preferably a Tagalog speaker. This role demands accuracy, responsibility, and a strong understanding of financial operations and compliance within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify purchase invoices with complete supporting documentation and obtain approvals.

• Record vendor invoices promptly to ensure timely payments and maintain follow-ups on receivables.

• Post daily journal entries and reconcile all transactions within accounting systems.

• Manage daily cash disbursements and ensure accurate transaction logging.

• Prepare and file VAT reports, and reconcile inventory and stock reports with operations.

• Process monthly payroll, including leave salary calculations and end-of-service benefits.

• Perform bank reconciliations and oversee cash flow management.

• Maintain accurate financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of UAE experience handling full-cycle accounting responsibilities.

• Proficient in Tally and MS Excel.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.

• Tagalog-speaking candidates will be given preference.
