General Accountant

Description:

Hogar Properties is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Accountant to join its growing real estate brokerage team in Dubai. This role is suited for a qualified finance professional who has strong expertise in accounting practices within the UAE real estate sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in real estate brokerage accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial records

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Monitor transactions related to real estate brokerage activities

• Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting

• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of accounting experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage company

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong knowledge of:
