Acwa Power is Hiring General Accountant,
Job Description
- Create monthly management reporting and timely month-end closing/forecasting process.
- Financial accounting / financial reporting / General ledger / fixed assets / financial analysis.
- Compute VAT & WHT taxes and prepare tax returns.
- BAC/BOD material preparation.
- Prepares and coordinates local payment instructions and circulates for review and approval.
- Coordinate Physical filing of Invoices and payment batches
- Involved in annual budgeting/quarterly reporting process.
- Collaboration with project lenders, off‑takers, legal advisors, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Ensuring timely and accurate periodic financial reporting to all the stakeholders.
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and frameworks.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with Big four or Multinational companies
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or any related field.
- Oracle knowledge and experience advantage.
- IFRS & GL solid experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills are required.
