Description:
Abu Al Naga Contracting is seeking an experienced General Foreman to supervise and manage daily site activities and ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all daily site activities and allocate tasks to workers and technicians.
- Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Enforce quality control and HSE standards on site at all times.
- Monitor workforce productivity, materials, and equipment usage.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and report progress to management.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure work quality meets project requirements.
- Maintain site discipline, safety compliance, and proper housekeeping.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as a General Foreman in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural works, concrete works, finishing works, and general site activities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of HSE regulations in construction sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
