General Handyman

We are looking to appoint a General Handyman to join our Facilities department soonest.

As one of the fastest-growing residential estates in the region, we pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, well-kept, and visually appealing environment for our residents and stakeholders. We are seeking a reliable, multi-skilled individual who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys a hands-on, solutions-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

• General maintenance and repairs across the estate.

• Minor painting, touch-ups, and small building repairs.

• Assisting with perimeter fence checks and basic repairs.

• Unblocking drains and attending to minor plumbing issues.

• Installing and maintaining estate and marketing signage.

• Supporting common-area upkeep and assisting adhoc during busy operational periods.

• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and reporting maintenance issues promptly.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a General Handyman.

• Basic skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.

• Physically fit with a strong work ethic.

• Valid driver’s licence essential and own vehicle beneficial.
