Capital Motion Restaurant Management is an Abu Dhabi based hospitality development and management company.
Our portfolio includes 11 restaurants, all of them located in the most desired areas of Abu Dhabi. Each restaurant features a unique ambiance, cuisine, and superior service.
Position: General Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of approximately 90 staff members
- Manage operations and finances of business
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive development of employees
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years luxury hospitality management experience with at least 2 of those in a high-end Beach Club
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
- Excellent English communication skills are required; French, Italian or Spanish language will be considered highly beneficial.
- Experience running F&B, Beach Club services and events.
- Middle East experience is highly desirable.
