General Manager – Sales (real Estate)

 

Description:

We’re looking for a visionary, target-driven leader to spearhead our real estate sales operations in Dubai who's driving revenue, team growth, and strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and execute sales & business development strategies
✅ Drive end-to-end sales operations: lead gen → client relations → deal closure → after-sales
✅ Develop growth plans aligned with Dubai’s fast-evolving property market
✅ Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance sales team
✅ Collaborate with marketing & property management to enhance customer experience
✅ Identify new opportunities: developer alliances, open houses, roadshows, investment initiatives
✅ Oversee budgeting, forecasting & reporting for profitability
✅ Ensure full compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations
Qualifications:
📌 7–10+ years in real estate leadership (Dubai market preferred)
📌 Proven success in multi-million-dirham sales targets
📌 Deep understanding of off-plan sales, investment trends & developer relations
📌 Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication capabilities
📌 Strategic mindset with ability to manage multiple teams & projects
