Work Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive integrated marketing and communication strategies and plans to meet Global growth objectives
- Manage global marketing plans and execute the plan to include brand strategies, market research, competitive assessments, product positioning, media plans, public relations and marketing programs, while measuring and tracking market acceptance and ROI.management to ensure sustained profitability.
- Work closely with Regional/Global marketing to develop pricing strategies.
- Work with other marketing professionals to develop materials, conduct market research and develop strategies to improve company sales.
Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically MS Excel
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- An advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred
- Previous experience as a Business Development Director, Brand Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Project Manager, or any related position
- At least 5 years of well-rounded experience in a related field
- Three to five years of experience in a leadership role
