Graduate Trainee Engineer

Description:

This role focuses on centralizing and managing proposal and commercial data, supporting costing, pricing, vendor analysis, and data-driven decision-making for proposals and management.

Key Responsibilities

Consolidate and control proposal & commercial data in a centralized repository

Maintain document control, versioning, and traceability

Support costing, pricing, and margin analysis

Manage vendor pricing data and comparative evaluations

Analyze historical data to identify cost, margin, and pricing trends

Prepare reports, dashboards, and management insights

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical/Industrial or similar)

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience

Skills

Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups)

Power BI / dashboard knowledge (preferred)

Strong interest in data analysis and structuring

Attention to detail, coordination skills, and data confidentiality
