We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer who will work as a part of the Marketing Team, supporting multiple functions in the company with their design and creative needs.
Who you are:
Do you enjoy creating visuals that capture attention and communicate unique messaging? Do you have a creative flair and strong ability to translate briefs into designs? Are you good at communicating and want to work methodically as part of a dynamic team? Then we want to meet you!
The ideal candidate is based in Dubai and has proven graphic design experience. You should be able to present a strong portfolio showcasing past designs with your application. You are familiar with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop and Premier Pro and have a keen eye for aesthetics and details. Being a team player is something you are passionate about. Therefore, you have excellent communication skills with the ability to lead design projects and meet deadlines. A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus. Having 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing will count in your favour.
What you will be doing:
As the Group's Graphic Designer, you will use your creativity to visualise and create graphics like illustrations, logos, layouts and business documents. Your designs will communicate our unique experiences and messaging. You will have an extensive library of images and videos to use and need to edit them for different platforms. Shaping the visual aspects of websites, brochures, magazine ads, social media ads, merchandise etc. will be part of regular tasks.
In your role, you will study design briefs and conceptualise visuals based on the briefs. Using design software from Adobe Suite, you will use each company's brand colours and layouts to develop final designs. Teamwork is extremely important, and you will work closely with the rest of the Marketing Department, receiving and implementing their feedback until visuals are appealing and on-brand. Other support functions may include various tasks such as video editing, creating brand guidelines, developing presentation templates etc.
