Description:

Horizon is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This full-time position requires a designer with a strong passion for real estate marketing and a proven ability to create visually compelling marketing materials tailored specifically for the property sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing a variety of marketing assets including property listings, brochures, social media content, website banners, and email campaigns. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop branding and visual identity materials for new real estate projects, ensuring all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project objectives.

An important part of this role includes photo and video editing and retouching to enhance property presentation. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and possess excellent visual storytelling skills to engage potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials for property listings, brochures, social media posts, website banners, and email campaigns.

• Develop branding and visual identity content for new real estate projects.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create visually impactful campaigns.

• Edit and retouch property photos, videos, and other media assets to enhance quality.

• Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends and design best practices.

• Ensure all visuals comply with brand guidelines and project goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder (mandatory).

• 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate marketing.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or property-related design projects.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong visual storytelling ability.

• Arabic-speaking candidates highly preferred.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
