Create visual assets that build trust, convert attention into action, and reflect the credibility of a next-gen global trading brand. This means taking full ownership of design workflows — from concept to execution — while meeting tight timelines and maintaining brand consistency across channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end execution of all visual design for social media, web, offline materials, and event branding
- Convert briefs into bold, minimal, and functional design — optimized for engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency, message clarity, and rapid creative iteration
- Use Figma to co-design key website elements (hero visuals, icons, UI graphics)
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite to build static and motion visuals for campaigns, presentations, and sales decks
- Leverage AI tools to increase output without compromising on quality
- Operate like an in-house agency — organized, self-led, and outcome-focused
Key Tools
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Figma for UI and layout design
- AI Design Tools (Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI – where appropriate)
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role, ideally in fintech, crypto, or high-trust industries
- A portfolio that shows a strong grasp of modern, premium design — clean layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Ability to thrive under pressure — deadlines are non-negotiable
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English for understanding briefs, giving feedback, and collaborating cross-functionally
- A self-learner with strong creative instincts — who challenges briefs, proposes better ideas, and works with minimal supervision
- Deep interest in fintech, crypto, and emerging financial markets is a strong plus
